I started Verona Living in 2002, because there was not an online source with information about what was going on in Verona.  The Newspapers were fine, but you can’t always carry a newspaper with you.  The town site at the time, VeronaOnline.com, was not very useful and this was long before social networking and blogging.  So the following year I made a proposal to the town and was given the privilege of taking over what is now VeronaNJ.org.

Seven months ago I added video.  I have over 30 hours currently running on the site, and I have a capacity of 1,800 hours of video.  I would also be happy to run your video content, assuming of course that it is not copyrighted and meets some standards of relevance and appropriateness.

Recently, we added a revamped Cedar Grove Life site using WordPress.  Although I’ve been using FrontPage for all these years, I can see already the advantages of Word Press… and it’s free software.  If you’d be interested in learing Word Press and helping me run the site on a volunteer basis, drop me a line.

I’ve enjoyed (almost) every minute of laboring on the site through the years,  I hope you enjoy it as well and we welcome your comments and suggestions.
